Gamers’ nostalgia for the little console that could is strong, however, as beloved games such as Phantasy Star Online, Shenmue, and Crazy Taxi all made their debut on the device. The former hit on arcade machines and video consoles of the likes of the SEGA Dreamcast, the Sony PS2, and the Nintendo GameCube, Crazy Taxi, also has a version for PC. Here, we'll find the classic game that captivated so many players from all over the world with a crazy plot, a frenetic pace, reckless driving, and music written by bands of the likes of The Offspring or Bad Relig. We may soon go misty-eyed over Jet Set Radio and Crazy Taxi all over again. But the Sega Dreamcast Mini is just a rumor for now. Today, we're most interested in the best retro games console you.
The original Crazy Taxi from Sega‘s internal team Hitmaker was released in arcades in 1999, and it was subsequently ported to Sega’s Dreamcast video game console in 2000. Both versions of the game were simple, fun racing games that let you play as a cabbie in search of fares to transport to their destinations as quickly as possible, performing as many dangerous stunts (like narrowly scraping past oncoming cars) as possible to earn extra tips from your impatient, thrill-seeking passengers. Hitmaker went on to create two console follow-ups, the most recent of which is Crazy Taxi 3 for the Xbox. Yet, for some reason, the very first Crazy Taxi game has just now been ported to the PC, but considering how the port turned out, it probably shouldn’t have been.System:
