Skyrim: Home of the Nords (commonly abbreviated as SHotN) is one of the collaborative fan-based modding projects within Project Tamriel, with the goal of creating the province of Skyrim on Morrowind's engine. This is the team's own interpretation of Skyrim based on lore that existed before The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Skyrim: Home of the Nords currently includes most of the Reach, which is divided into several regions. The primary cities in this hold are Karthwasten and Dragonstar. Future work will complete the Reach and add the cities of Markarth Side and Beorinhal.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited was first launched in 2014 as The Elder Scrolls Online. The game received a lukewarm reception in GameSpot's review, praised for its large-scale.
Both Tribunal and Bloodmoon are required to play this mod.
History
Skyrim: Home of the Nords has been in development since at least 2008. It released version 18.12, a quest update bringing it out of beta, on 24 December 2018. The current version, 21.0, was released on 16 January, 2021 and added the city of Dragonstar.
Organization Process
The development process is similar to Tamriel Rebuilt's process, but uses a forum format to handle claims and assets. Since the mod now relies on Tamriel Data, some assets are contributed through Tamriel Rebuilt's asset browser and get merged into a TR add-on, while those on the forums get merged into a separate PT add-on.

Tamriel Online Mod
This is a multiplayer online role-playing game in which players assume the role of a warrior in the fantastical world of Nirn. As players explore open-world environments, they can perform various quests and complete tasks. Characters use swords, arrows, axes, and magic attacks (e.g., lightning, fire attacks) to kill human-like and fantastical enemies (e.g., orcs, demons, giant insects). Players engage in melee-style combat, hacking and slashing at various enemies; battles are highlighted by cries of pain, impact sounds, and blood splashes. Some sequences depict large amounts of blood streaming up-close as vampires attack/feed on characters. In some quests players have the ability to mount creatures' severed heads onto pikes; some environments depict corpse piles or skeletons hanging from torture devices. Text descriptions or dialogue sometimes contain references to sexual material and/or innuendo (e.g., “She...raped the men as cruelly as Bal had ravished her”; “In his mind, she would be the sheath to every knight's blade”; “No sweetmeat for you”; But it is huge! It could take me all night!”). During the course of the game, alcohol (i.e., wine, mead, ale) can be purchased and consumed by the central character; one sequence prompts players to engage in a drinking contest, resulting in the central character's blurred vision/slurred speech.
